DESCRIPTION:Our weekly training session in the pool.\nTraining\nSkills prac
 tice\nGeneral swimming\nSnorkelling\n8:00 for 8:15 in the water\n\nExit wa
 ter by 9:15 and clear of the building by 9:30\n\nOpen to all members.  Co
 me and practice your skills or just have a swim to keep fit.\n\nFollowed b
 y a visit to the Gold Cape to talk diving over a pint\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nCOVID 
 POOL PROCEDURES (click here)\n\nPlease review the pool procedures before s
 igning up\n\nPlease arrive changed and showered.  If you have kit with yo
 u then enter through the double doors facing the AstroTurf (Take your shoe
 s off on entering or put over-shoes on)\n\nDue to covid precautions we are
  restricting the number of people in the pool at any one time so we need t
 o ask all members to book a place using the booking system below.\n\nSwimm
 ers will have their own laned off area which might prevent you swimming fu
 ll lengths\nPlaces in the pool are limited so if you book a place\, please
  use it or let us know well in advance otherwise you may prevent someone e
 lse from training\,
